Payment Method

1. Internet Bank Transfer (Highly Preferred Payment but not Recommended if item is urgent)
Please make sure to use your Invoice/order Number as the payment description. (Do not use item number or product name as the payment description)

2. Local ANZ Bank Direct Deposit
Please give your Invoice Number to the bank teller as payment reference if you use bank deposit. (Do not use item number or product name as the payment description)

3. Company Cheques (Not Recommended if item is URGENT)
    All cheque payable to 'Justek'
    Allow an additional 3 business days for cheque to clear
    No personal Cheques accepted

4. Paypal:
    a. Account transferred / Credit Card Payment (Recommended)
    b. Money transferred from your bank account (eCheque)(Not Recommended if item is urgent)
    c. There is a 2.5% Surcharge calculated upon checkout when choosing this payment method.
    d. Benefits of PayPal is there's PayPal buyers protection
    e. Payments made through PaPal is instant and "Payment Received" order status is immediately seen by our dispatch team.

5. Credit Card - VISA and Master accepted
    a. Payments made through ANZ eGate merchant gateway and is encrypted.
    b. No Surcharge for this payment method however it takes 1-2 days for it to show up in the bank.
    c. Payments made through ANZ eGate merchant gateway results in a "Pending" Order status and approximately requires 1 day for accounts team to see payment.

Justek sold items cannot be picked up at the Balwyn shop as we keep our inventory seperate and stored at our Laverton warehouse in Victoria. Only times when pickup is available at the Balwyn shop is when there is a special event or sale on and pickup options are provided during checkout.
